What you'll need:
Tom’s Town Bonded Rye, Cognac, Sweet Vermouth, Bénédictine, Peychaud’s Bitters, Angostura Bitters.
Ingredients:
1½ oz Tom’s Town Bonded Rye
¾ oz Cognac (Pierre Ferrand Ambre or equivalent)
¾ oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica or Cocchi Torino work great)
¼ oz Bénédictine
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
3 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:
1. Add the Tom’s Town Bonded Rye, Cognac, Sweet Vermouth, Bénédictine, and both bitters into a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir well until the mixture is fully chilled and properly diluted, about 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry, if desired.
5. Serve and enjoy this classic, spirit-forward cocktail.
