Creamy Pistachio Martini
What you'll need:
Bottega Pistachio Liqueur, Vodka or vanilla vodka, Baileys Irish cream, Amaretto, Pistachio cream or simple syrup, Crushed pistachios (for garnish).
Ingredients:
1.25 oz Bottega Pistachio Liqueur
1 oz Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
0.5 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
0.5 oz Amaretto
Pistachio cream or simple syrup and crushed pistachios for rimming
1 oz Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
0.5 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
0.5 oz Amaretto
Pistachio cream or simple syrup and crushed pistachios for rimming
Instructions:
Rim the glass by dipping it in pistachio cream or simple syrup, then into crushed pistachios.
Add the pistachio liqueur, vodka, Irish cream, and optional additional liqueur to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared martini glass and serve.
