What you'll need:
Vodka, cranberry juice, sparkling wine
Ingredients:
2 oz vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
Top with sparkling wine
2 oz cranberry juice
Top with sparkling wine
Instructions:
Build in a flute or coupe, top with bubbles, and garnish with a few floating cranberries
